AI-Assisted, Human-Edited Content Disclosure

All images available on wall-stock.com are created using artificial intelligence technologies and are subsequently substantially edited, refined, curated, and finalized by human creative skill, judgment, and professional software.
The final images are published by wall-stock.com as original visual works under the licenses described below.

 

REGULAR LICENSE

1. License Grant

wall-stock.com grants you a royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable Regular License to use the images for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the terms below.

The license is valid worldwide, for an unlimited time, with no attribution required.

 

2. Permitted Uses (Regular License)

You MAY use images under the Regular License for:

  • Websites, blogs, apps, social media, and digital content

  • Advertising, marketing, branding, and promotional materials

  • Editorial use (online or print)

  • Presentations, thumbnails, UI/UX designs

  • Client projects and commissioned work

  • Modification, retouching, compositing, recoloring, and creative transformation

You MAY charge for work that includes the image as part of a broader creative product or service.

 

3. Restrictions (Regular License)

You may NOT:

  • Sell, sublicense, redistribute, or share the image as a standalone file

  • Upload images to stock websites, wallpaper sites, marketplaces, or asset repositories

  • Use images on physical products for resale (e.g. merchandise, prints, POD items)

  • Claim authorship or present the images as photographs taken by you

  • Use images in a way that implies endorsement by wall-stock.com or any depicted subject

  • Use images in pornographic, sexually explicit, hateful, defamatory, illegal, or deceptive content

  • Use images to promote illegal drugs, weapons, or criminal activity

 

4. Seat & Distribution Limitation (Regular License)

  • Images may be used in one end product

  • No mass reproduction or resale

  • No unlimited distribution

 

EXTENDED LICENSE

5. Extended License Grant

wall-stock.com grants you a royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, Extended License, which includes all Regular License rights, plus the additional rights below.

 

6. Additional Rights (Extended License)

With an Extended License, you MAY:

  • Use images on physical products for resale, including:

    • Prints, posters, canvases

    • Merchandise (t-shirts, apparel, accessories)

    • Packaging, labels, and product designs

  • Use images in print runs exceeding typical editorial limits

  • Use images in templates or designs for sale, provided the image is not the primary value

  • Use images in commercial products, SaaS platforms, or digital goods

  • Use images in unlimited commercial projects

 

7. Extended License Restrictions

Even with an Extended License, you may NOT:

  • Resell or distribute the image as a standalone file

  • Allow third parties to extract or reuse the image independently

  • Upload images to stock, wallpaper, or asset-distribution platforms

  • Claim exclusive ownership or copyright

  • Use images for illegal, deceptive, or immoral purposes

 

LINKING & LIMITED SHARING (ALL LICENSES)

  • Images must be downloaded directly from wall-stock.com

  • Hotlinking is strictly prohibited

  • Uploading image files to third-party platforms for redistribution is prohibited

 

AI, COPYRIGHT & THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS DISCLAIMER

Due to the nature of AI-assisted content:

  • wall-stock.com does not guarantee copyright protection or exclusivity

  • Images may depict AI-generated representations resembling real persons, brands, or locations

  • No model releases, property releases, or trademark clearances are provided

  • wall-stock.com does not investigate or clear third-party rights

You are solely responsible for determining whether an image is suitable for your intended use, especially for advertising, branding, packaging, merchandise, or high-visibility commercial projects.

 

NO WARRANTY

All images are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, wall-stock.com and its owners shall not be liable for any damages arising from image use, including intellectual property claims, business losses, or legal disputes.

 

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless wall-stock.com from any claims arising from:

  • Your use of the images

  • Violation of this license

  • Failure to obtain necessary permissions

 

TERMINATION

This license terminates automatically upon violation. Upon termination, all image use must cease and all copies must be deleted.

 

GOVERNING LAW

This license is governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
